The Harbourside Lobstermania is a family owned business which offers beautiful banquet facilities for a variety of functions; whether it be a breakfast, luncheon, or dinner event. Our spacious upstairs features large bay windows, exposing the overlook of beautiful Greenwich Cove. We can accommodate parties for up to 150 patrons. We have an extensive menu that serves a wide variety of banquet needs. We take pride in our reputation for providing exceptional service for parties of all sizes and varieties.

Reserving A Date

Our Main Dining Room is available for functions with a capacity of up to 150 guests. A one hundred and fifty dollar deposit is required in order to reserve the date. This deposit ensures the date and the time of your function. The $150 deposit will be credited to the final bill.

All deposits are non-refundable, in the event of a cancellation no money will be refunded unless the date is rebooked, $100 will be refunded and $50 will be retained for handling fees.

Final menu selections are required one week in advance along with the total number of guests

Last minute changes on the number of guests can be made up to three days prior to the function, at that time the final count will be guaranteed.

You are welcomed to bring in entertainment during your function, please note that the last song must be played at 3:45 and at that time last call will be given.

Linen Charges

Parties of or up to 25 guests will be $25

Parties of or up to 50 guests will be $50

Parties of or up to 75 guests will be $75

Parties of or up to 100 guests will be $100

Room Charge

There will be a room charge of $150 for Functions of 75 guests or more and a $150 charge for all Wedding Functions.

	Decorations
	You may arrive one hour earlier to decorate. You can bring the following in the restaurant: Balloons,Streamers, Flowers, Favors, and Specialty Cakes. WE DO NOT ALLOW CONFETTI OF ANY KIND (A CLEAN UP FEE OF $100 WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR FINAL BILL).

Outside Patio Functions

Our outside patio is available from June thru September for functions with a capacity of up to 200 guests.

A one hundred and fifty dollar deposit is required in order to reserve the date. This deposit ensures the date and the time of your function. The $150 deposit will be credited to the final bill.
